We treat your personal data confidentially and take all security, technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of your data.
Korda Filmstúdió Szolgáltató Zrt. wishes to summarize the personal data of the Filmpark’s audience members and partners and for what purpose it uses it, and also describes the data protection and legal enforcement options of the Data Subject with this Data Management Notice.
Our data management principles are in line with the current legislation on data protection, in particular with the following:

- Data management related to online ticket purchases
Stakeholders: persons who purchase tickets for a visit to the Visitor Center of Korda Filmstúdió Szolgáltató Zrt.
The purpose of the data management is to ensure and manage the online purchase of tickets to the Visitor Center of Korda Filmstúdió Szolgáltató Zrt.
The legal basis for data management: personal data is defined in Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. Voluntary consent based on point a) and Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. b), i.e. we handle it for the purpose of fulfilling the contract
Type of personal data handled: when purchasing a ticket, the data subject provides their name, email address and telephone number
Duration of data management: the ticket buyer’s personal data is processed for 8 years based on Act C of 2000 on accounting

Stakeholders: people sending letters to jegy@ mailbox and info@ mailbox for information requests and ticket purchases
Purpose of data management: inquiries related to visits to the Visitor Center, answering questions, effective communication with visitors, personalized contact

Duration of data management: personal data will be deleted after answering the inquiry
- Data management related to sending newsletters and marketing activities
Stakeholders: subscribers to the newsletter on any communication channel
Purpose of data management: sending newsletters for the purpose of explaining Korda Filmpark’s current events and programs, promoting Korda Filmpark’s activities, informing the recipients of the newsletter
Legal basis for data management: personal data according to Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. based on point a), we handle it on the basis of voluntary consent
Type of personal data handled: name, email address
Duration of data processing: personal data will be processed until the voluntary consent to send the newsletter is withdrawn

- Data management related to the sending of the invitation letter related to Experience Tour
Stakeholders: visitors to the Visitor Center of Korda Filmstúdió Szolgáltató Zrt., applicants for the experience tour organized by Korda Filmpark
The purpose of the data management is to: send an invitation letter and script for the day of the visit to those applying for the experience tour and visitors; conducting adventure tours and film shoots with the participation of visitors
Legal basis for data management: personal data according to Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. based on point a), we handle it on the basis of voluntary consent
Type of personal data handled: email address
Duration of data management: personal data is used for participation in the experience tour or they are deleted after the visit
- Data management related to camping
Stakeholders: those who send letters to the tabor@ mailbox to request information in connection with the camps organized by Korda Filmpark, applicants for camps organized by Korda Filmstúdió Szolgáltató Zrt.
Purpose of data management: answering inquiries about camps organized by the data controller, providing information about camps, registering campers, effective, personalized communication with camp applicants, conducting camps
Legal basis for data management: personal data according to Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. a) on the basis of voluntary consent and GDPR Article 6 (1) para. point, we handle it for the purpose of fulfilling the contract
Type of personal data processed: email address, name of the camping child, parent’s name, address, parent’s and child’s phone number, data on the child’s health status (data on allergies, diseases)
Duration of data management: personal data will be deleted at the end of the camp
Personal data handled during data management:
- Accessible only to those authorized to do so (availability);
- Its authenticity is ensured (authenticity of data management);
- Its immutability can be verified (data integrity);
- Are protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).
Our company takes appropriate measures to protect your data, especially against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental destruction, damage, and inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.
In view of the ever-changing development of technology, our company ensures the protection of the security of data management with technical, organizational and organizational measures that provide a level of protection corresponding to the risks associated with data management.
- The right to request information
You can request the Company to inform you in writing via the contact details provided above:
- what personal data,
- on what legal basis
- for what data management purpose,
- from what source
- how long
- under which legislation it is managed,
- and to which personal data we provided access or to whom we forwarded the personal data
The Company will fulfill your request within a maximum of 30 days, by sending a letter to the contact address you provided.
- Right to rectification
You can request in writing that the Company change some of your personal data (for example, you can change your e-mail address or postal contact information at any time) via the contact details provided in point 1. The Company will fulfill your request within a maximum of 30 days and will notify you of this in a letter sent to the contact address you provided.
- The right to erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data from the Company in writing via the contact details provided above.
The Company will reject the deletion request in the event that it is required by law or an internal regulation to continue storing personal data. Such a case is, for example, if the deadline set out in the internal regulations regarding file storage has not expired.
However, if there is no such obligation, the Company will fulfill your request within 30 days at most and will notify you of this by letter sent to the contact address provided.
- Right to block
Through the contact information provided above, you can request in writing that the processing of your personal data be restricted by our Company. The limitation of data management lasts as long as the reason indicated by you makes it necessary to store the data.
You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example, if you believe that our Company is illegally processing the personal data specified in this information sheet, dispute the accuracy of the personal data (in this case, we will limit the data processing to the period until our Company checks the accuracy of the personal data), or the restriction is necessary for the sake of official or judicial proceedings initiated by you.
- The right to protest
You can object to data processing in writing via the contact details provided above if, in your opinion, our Company does not handle your personal data in accordance with the information contained in the information sheet (e.g. your personal data is handled exclusively for your own benefit or that of a third party, or for direct business acquisition, public opinion polls or scientific would be forwarded or used for the purpose of research. For example, you can object to our Company using your personal data for scientific research purposes without your consent. In this case, the Data Controller may only continue to process the personal data if the data processing is justified by a legitimate interest that takes priority against your interests and rights.

- Initiating legal proceedings
In case of illegal data processing you have experienced, you can initiate a civil lawsuit against the Company. Adjudication of the lawsuit falls within the jurisdiction of the court.
